The Situation
Billing shouldn’t be this hard — but it was. Clients were billed using tiered, capped, or flat fees, all calculated differently. Each cycle felt like starting from scratch, and there was no good way to project future spend.
The Fix
I built a live Looker Studio dashboard, powered by BigQuery, that handles every billing model automatically. It pulls fresh data, calculates totals based on each client’s logic, and shows both actual and projected spend. No more spreadsheets, no more manual math.
